I met up with these beautiful girls who attend Rock Creek High School and who will be choosing Souriant Designs for their individual Senior Portrait sessions. Eager to photograph them right away in my Limited time Daisy field, we decided to do a Senior Preview. And when it was a wrap, I concluded...hey...you gals just became my Senior Reps (for lack of anything better to call the experience!)
We had a great time. The weather was perfect! Their moms came with their folding chairs and watched and smiled. My daughter, Megan, who is also a friend of theirs, created a SnapChat story to hopefully generate some excitement with other friends who might be looking for a Senior Portrait Photographer.
All in all, it was a great success and the girls love their images! Be on the lookout for many of the images to be used on various Social Media Sites, for marketing to all the Seniors out there who might be looking for a photographer1
Fun. Real. The Senior Portrait Experience.
It's all about YOU!

First here are a few from Matt & Amy's Engagement photos....
We went out to Wildcat Park and Top of the World on the west side of Manhattan for some last minute engagement photos. If you are a couple and you have worked with me before you know that I love to play the kissing game! This is how we get super romantic (right of the big screen!) almost kissing shots.
Matt & Amy's Wedding Day begins early at the Prairiewood Retreat! My second photographer and I steal the dress for a few minutes and take it to the beautiful barn that houses the venue. The trick is to finding somewhere to hang the dress and remove any additional clutter!
Inside the barn, things are starting to really look AMAZING! I'm not usually a fan of pink in the every day world, but for weddings... OH YES!
We had so many opportunities for epic ring shots, but I have only shown just a few here!
It's mid-April and Spring hasn't fully bloomed yet, but it's really starting to take shape. I tried very hard to make sure we showed as much as we can!
I am so excited to share this birth story with you! I warn you though.... Rebecca makes birthing look way too easy. This may or may not apply to your own birthing experience. And it sure as heck didn't apply to mine! Rebecca checked in to Labor and Delivery at 7am. By 9am, they broke her water. By 11:34, baby boy August was here! A few pushes from a very calm and quiet mother, and she's done! It truly was a miracle to witness, and that baby came out the cutest thing ever!
Take a look at this beautifully put together video montage and experience the miracle for yourself!
If you are interested in having a birthing photographer present at your next delivery, please give me a call! I would love to discuss this unique option with you. You won't regret having something as fleeting and special as your child's birth recorded for you to look back on again and again.
